摘  要:
自古以来,海产品就是人类重要的生活资源,中国古代的近海居民一直在对海洋产品进行开发和利用,其中对海产贝类的开发投入了极大的精力。经过一代又一代的努力,取得了显著的成果。本文选择了蛤蜊、牡蛎、淡菜、车螯、海月、石蜐这六种海产贝类为重点,以此探讨古代海产品的开发、加工及其食用情况。

摘  要:
Since the ancient times,the marine products have been human important life resources. In ancient China,offshore inhabitants were engaged in development and use of sea product,and in- vested huge energy to the marine product shellfish's development.After generations of endeavor, re- markable result was yielded.This article chooses six kinds of marine product shellfishes——clam, oys- ter,mussel,Che Ao,placenta and Shi jie,discusses the development,processing and utilization of marine products in ancient times
