不同培肥作用下黑土碳氮功能耦合效应的研究

摘  要:
研究在不同培肥作用下黑土土壤有机质,全氮,微生物量碳、氮,可溶性碳、氮含量的变化,初步对黑土土壤生态系统碳氮功能耦合进行研究。结果表明,与对照相比,农肥处理对土壤有机质和全氮含量有显著的促进作用,而化肥处理对土壤全氮含量提高不明显;土壤耕作层的有机质和全氮,土壤微生物量碳氮及土壤可溶性碳氮均表现出显著的正相关;农肥处理显著的提高了土壤有机质、全氮和土壤可溶性C/N值,化肥处理则有效的提高了土壤微生物量的C/N值。

摘  要:
Take black soil as research object,different fertilizing treatments were carried out to investigate the diversification of soil organic matter and soil total N,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, soil soluble carbon and nitrogen,all those were used to study the functional coupling between carbon and nitrogen in the soil ecosystem initially.The main conclusions were shown as follows: comparing with the control,soil organic matter and soil total N content were obviously increased in the manure fertilizer treatments,but increasing rate of soil total N was not very significant in chemical fertilizers treatments;it showed significant positive correlations between soil organic matter and total N,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen and soil soluble carbon and nitrogen in soil tillage layer;the carbon and nitrogen ratio of soil organic matter and total N was significantly increased in the manure fertilizer treatments,as well as the ratio of soil soluble carbon and nitrogen,while the ratio of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen was obviously increased in chemical fertilizer treatments.
