市场导向对林木生物质能源企业绩效的影响路径

摘  要：
文章以林木生物质能源企业为研究对象,将创新和组织学习作为中介变量,检验市场导向对林木生物质能源企业绩效的具体作用路径。基于林木生物质能源尚处于市场发展初期,特将管理创新与技术创新作为2个潜变量纳入模型框架。偏最小二乘结构方程模型检验发现,市场导向能够显著提升企业技术创新,技术创新对组织学习有显著正向关系,组织学习能够促进企业绩效。这一路径,为探寻新兴产业市场导向作用路径提供了一种新的解释,有助于加快林木生物质能源企业的发展与产业进步。

摘  要：
The paper took forest biomass resources enterprises as the object, and utilized innovation and organizational learning as mediator variables in order to test the specific path of market orientation to the performance of forest biomass resources enterprises. Based on the fact that forest biomass resources was still in the early stage of market development, management innovation and technological innovation were included in the model framework as two latent variables. After PLS-SEM test, it found that market orientation could significantly enhance enterprise technological innovation, and technological innovation had a significant positive effect on organizational learning. Organizational learning could promote corporate performance. This path provided a new explanation for exploring the market-oriented path of emerging industries, and it helped accelerate the industrial progress of forest biomass energy enterprises.
