摘  要：
本文认为 ,魏晋南北朝时期正处于我国历史上的一个气候异常期 ,具体表现为冷暖变化、干湿变化的异常及各种自然灾害数量的增多。气候异常一方面对农业生产造成了极大的损害 ,另一方面亦促进了传统农区生产技术的改进和南方地区的开发。气候异常带来的粮食歉收是这个时期社会动乱的重要原因。

摘  要：
It is considered that the Wei-Jin dynasties and the Southern and Northern dynasties were the periods of climate abnormality in Chinese history.The main features of abnormality were the unusual changes of warm weather to cold weather,dampness to dryness,and the increase of natural disasters.On one hand,climate abnormality did great damages to agricultural production;on the other hand,it promoted the advancement of agricultural techniques in the traditional northern farm areas and the development of the southern regions.the crop failure Which was due to climate abnormality was one important reason that elicited the social riot of this period.
