UV-B辐射对元阳梯田水稻植株通气组织的影响

摘  要:
【目的】大田原位种植条件下,研究人工模拟UV-B辐射增强(0、5.0、10.0 kJ/m~2)对元阳梯田地方水稻品种白脚老粳齐穗期根、茎通气组织的影响。【方法】采用传统石蜡切片法制备水稻根和茎基部横切面切片,用Leica DMLB2显微镜对其照相并测量水稻根、茎中通气组织大小。【结果】5.0和10.0 kJ/m~2 UV-B辐射导致水稻根横切面积显著增大,5.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B辐射导致根内部维管束面积极显著增大。5.0 kJ/(m~2·d)UV-B辐射导致倒1、倒2和倒3的茎壁面积均显著降低,倒4的茎壁面积显著增高,倒3、倒4的髓腔面积显著减小。5.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B辐射增强处理后,倒1、倒2、倒3和倒4节的气腔面积显著增加,10.0kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B辐射显著提高了水稻倒3节间的气腔面积,显著降低倒4节间的气腔面积。UV-B辐射后,不同节之间维管束面积有不同的变化趋势,倒4节间的维管束面积呈不同比例显著增大。【结论】UV-B辐射增强会导致元阳梯田水稻的通气组织发生显著变化,维管束面积以及气腔面积占节间、茎壁横切面积比例均显著增加。

摘  要:
[Purpose]The effects of different intensity levels [0, 5.0 and 10 kJ/(m~2·d)] of UV-B radiation on the root, stem aeration tissue of local rice(Oryza sativa L.) cultivars ‘Baijiaolaojing' in Yuanyang terrace were investigated at full heading stage in situ field cultivation conditions.[Method]The traditional paraffin slicing method was used to prepare the cross-section of rice root and stem base, and the Leica DMLB2 microscope was used to photograph and measure the size of the aerated tissue in rice roots and stems.[Result]The 5.0 and 10.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B radiation caused a significant increase of rice root cross-cutting area, and the 5.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B radiation caused the area of vascular bundle in internal root significantly increasing. The area of the stem wall of inverted 1, 2 and 3 eustipes were significantly reduced by 5.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B radiation, but in inverted 4 eustipes was significantly increased, and the area of the medullary cavity significantly reduced in inverted 3 and 4 eustipes. After the treatment of 5.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B radiation, the area of the gas cavity significantly increased in inverted 1, 2, 3 and 4 eustipes, and the air cavity area under the treatment of 10.0 kJ/(m~2·d) UV-B radiation significantly increased in inverted 3 eustipes, and significantly reduced in inverted 4 eustipes. After UV-B radiation, the areas of vascular bundle in different eustipes had different trends, and the area of vascular bundle in inverted 4 eustipes increases significantly.[Conclusion]UV-B radiation enhancement can lead to significant changes Yuanyang terrace rice's aerenchyma, and can significantly increase vascular bundle area, and gas cavity area of internode, stem wall transverse area ratio.
