This paper analyzes the time characteristics of the transformation of medical model,the influence of the transformation of people's health concept on medical model,the influence of the sustainable development of societyoncommunity health services,the developing trend in Bio-envir-engi-psycho-social medical model,that is,the comprehensive management of the environmental and social factors,preventing diseases and injuries,promoting and preserving health,removing misery and curing diseases.
