武夷菌素对番茄灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)的作用方式

摘  要:
借助光镜和透射电镜观察了武夷菌素对番茄灰霉菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的形态影响 ,结果表明 ,武夷菌素处理的菌丝异常生长 ,分生孢子萌发的芽管膨大缢缩 ,菌丝体内液泡增多 ;武夷菌素能引起菌丝细胞膜透性的变化 ,造成液体培养基电导率增加 ;同位素标记的14 C 谷氨酸、3 H 葡糖胺和 3 H 腺嘌呤掺入实验表明 ,武夷菌素能抑制菌丝蛋白质的合成 ,对细胞壁几丁质和核酸的合成没有影响

摘  要:
Hyphae and conidia of Botrytis cinerea treated with wuyiencin were observed under the light microscopy (LM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Compared with the control of whose hyphae were generally uniform in shape, wuyiencin treatment caused abnormal growth of hyphae and enlarged and constricted forms of conidia tube. Cellular leakage was observed when wuyiencin was used in high concentration. Radio labeled 14C-glutamate, 3H-glucosamine and 3H-adenine incorporation experiments showed that wuyiencin strongly inhibited protein synthesis, but had no effect on cell wall and nuclear acid synthesis of B. cinerea. Our results suggest that the inhibition of protein synthesis is the primary action of wuyiencin.
