穴盘苗自动移栽机的结构设计及运动仿真分析

摘  要:
为了实现穴盘苗的大田高效移栽,设计了一种由齿轮连杆机构和槽形凸轮机构组成的移栽机取苗机构和植苗机构,并重点研究了在设计的机构条件下栽植效率与前进速度和转速比值之间的关系,并进行了ADAMS运动学仿真实验和分析。仿真实验结果表明:取苗机构与植苗机构的匹配设计能使取苗爪顺利取苗和植苗器准确植苗,取苗爪和植苗器末端中心轨迹显示移栽机能够有效地完成对穴盘苗的移栽。

摘  要:
In order to achieve plug seedlings transplanting to field efficiently,the paper designed picking seedling machinery and planting seedling machinery of the auto-transplanter.The mechanism was composed of planetary gear system and a certain channel cam to study the different plant space required for plantings between the forward speed and rotational speed.The model of typical mechanism motion was established by using ADAMS as an analysis platform to design the variable parameters of the mechanism and draw the simulation data.The results show that the actuator of the picking seedling machinery and planting seedling machinery can successfully picking the seedlings and precisely planting the seedlings to the field.
