大兴安岭生态环境竞争力模糊综合评价的指标体系及权重设计

摘  要:
大兴安岭国有林区是我国重要的生态战略发展区之一,建立竞争力评价指标体系是对其环境竞争力的大小进行评价进而推动生态战略发展的前提。笔者本着科学性和实用性的原则,将其影响要素归纳为生态要素、经济要素和科技要素,并应用德尔菲法和AHP法构建了评价指标体系的层次结构模型,确定了各具体指标的权重。一致性检验结果表明,各指标的权重合理。

摘  要:
Hierarchical structure model of an index system for evaluating the eco-environment competitive power of Daxing'anling state-owned forest region was established by Delphi method and AHP method in terms of ecological factors,economic factors and scientific and technological factors,according to the principles of scientificity and practicability.The weight coefficient of each index was determined.The consistency check result shows that the weight coefficient of each index is reasonable.
