桔皮素乙酰酯对动物螨病的治疗及安全性试验

摘 要:
将桔皮素乙酰酯制成1%、2%的擦剂和0.1%的乳剂,间隔1周2次用药,进行了鼠、犬、兔、鹿螨病的治疗试验。结果发现:患病动物痒感减轻,消失,患部皮肤变软,增重迅速,镜检未见活螨。用5%的桔皮素乙酰酯浇泼剂,间隔1周3次用药治疗梅花鹿掉毛病,结果3~4d后皮肤开始变软,2周后长出新毛,2个月后无1头鹿再发病。用不同浓度的桔皮素乙酰酯浸泡小鼠1min,进行安全性试验,体积分数为0.1%时无任何异常反应;体积分数为1%时对眼睛有轻度刺激作用,个别小鼠出现轻度中毒症状;体积分数为4%时,小鼠出现中毒症状,5h后死亡1只,存活小鼠24h后恢复正常。试验证明:桔皮素乙酰酯对动物螨病具有良好的治疗作用,在治疗剂量范围内用药是安全可靠的。

摘 要:
Several derivatives were achieved by the structure modifications of tangerine peel active principle , in which the tangerine peel active principle acetate (TPAPA) has better effect of mite-killing. Treatment tests were carried out using TPAPA as 1% , 2% latex or 0.1% wiper. Mice, dogs, rabbits, and deer were treated with those agents 2 times at 1 week interval. The results showed that the clinical symptoms (such as itch, hair loss) of those animals disappeared, the infected skins softened, the body weights increased, and live mites were not found in the microscope check. Similarly, sika deer were recovered when 5 % TPAPA penetrating agent were treated 3 times at 1 week interval. Different concentrations of TPAPA latex were used to conduct the safety test. Mice in different groups were immersed in latex for 1 minute. The results showed that mice did not appear any abnormal activities with 0.1% latex, while light intoxication appeared with 1 % latex, but all recovered in 5 hours. When the concentration was increased to 4 % , middle intoxications arose, but all mice recovered in 24 hours except one died in 5 hours. It is suggested that TPAPA is a good mite-killing agent, and has a wide safety spectrum.
