粮食储藏温度场数学模拟及试验研究

摘  要:
根据传热学理论,针对粮食储藏特性,在粮食储藏仓进行了为期1年多的温度检测,并采用有限元方法建立和分析了粮食储藏温度场数学模型。试验中,采用有限元法对大豆粮仓建立了有限元温度模型,计算模拟出了粮仓1年内的温度情况。结果表明:采用有限元法可以直观地观察粮仓具体时间的温度分布情况,符合大豆是不良导体的物理特性,这说明使用有限元法求解粮仓温度是可行的,为进一步的实际应用创造了条件。

摘  要:
Based on the theory of heat transfer,according to the characteristics of grain storage,it established the temperature detection for more than a year in the grain storage bin,and the mathematic model and analyzed the grain storage temperature field by finite element method. In the experiment,by using the finite element method,it established a finite element model of temperature on soybean granary,calculated the temperature,within one year of the granary. The results show that the temperature distribution can observe the granary specific time by using the finite element method,with soybean physical poor conductor,that using the finite element method for granary the temperature is feasible,to create the conditions for further applications.
