摘  要:
鲜食花生是指收获后不经晾晒过程直接食用的花生,具有味道鲜美、营养丰富、保健作用强的优点,已成为一种重要的休闲食品和餐桌佳肴,市场需求逐年增加。本文概述了我国鲜食花生种质资源、育种、栽培技术、加工方式等方面的研究进展,论述了鲜食花生产业发展中存在的主要问题,分析了鲜食花生的市场需求前景和技术发展方向。

摘  要:
In recent years,fresh peanut has become more popular in China because of its delicious taste,rich nutrition,and benefit to human health.This review mainly summarized the research progresses of fresh peanut in China,including germplasm evaluation,breeding,high-yielding cultivation,and processing method.The existing constraints affecting fresh peanut industry,marketing prospect and technical innovation priorities were also discussed.
