鹿皮多糖的提取及其保湿性能

摘  要:
以鲜鹿皮为原材料,采用复合酶法,通过单因素和正交试验探讨了酶的种类、酶的用量、鹿皮水溶液料液比及提取时间对鹿皮多糖提取率的影响,并采用体外法测定了鹿皮多糖的吸湿性和保湿性.结果表明:鹿皮多糖最佳提取工艺条件为碱性蛋白酶添加量1. 25%,木瓜蛋白酶添加量2. 50%,料液比1∶45 (g∶m L),提取时间3. 0 h,该条件下鹿皮多糖提取率为1. 231%;鹿皮多糖的吸湿性强于透明质酸和聚乙二醇2000,与甘油相近,保湿性强于透明质酸、甘油和聚乙二醇2000.

摘  要:
Using fresh buckskin as raw materials,the effects of enzyme type,enzyme dosage,mass concentration of aqueous solution and extraction time on the extraction rate of buckskin polysaccharides were investigated,by single factor and orthogonal tests,with complex enzyme method. The hygroscopicity and moisture retention of buckskin polysaccharides were measured in vitro method. The experimental results showed that the extraction rate of buckskin polysaccharides was the highest(1. 231%) when the additive amount of alkaline protease and papain were 1. 25% and 2. 50%,the mass concentration of aqueous solution was 1 ∶ 45(g ∶ m L),and the extraction time was 3. 0 h.The hygroscopicity of buckskin polysaccharides was better than polyethylene glycol 2000 and hyaluronic acid,and similar to glycerol. The moisture retention was better than polyethylene glycol 2000,hyaluronic acid and glycerol.
