我国农业科研基地运行现状及发展对策

摘  要：
科研试验基地是农业科学研究的第二实验室,是农业科技成果的孵化器,是我国农业科研创新体系的重要组成部分。随着科技发展农业科研基地的建设也迅猛发展,与之配套的建设管理相对滞后。文章综述了农业科研试验基地在建设与管理中存在的主要问题及发展对策,为改进农业科研基地的建设管理及服务提供参考依据。

摘  要：
Agricultural scientific research experimental base is the second agricultural scientific research laboratory,the incubator of agricultural scientific research achievement transformation,and also an important component of China's agricultural research innovation system. With the rapid development of agricultural science,the construction of agricultural scientific research base is also developing rapidly,but the construction management is relatively backward and lacks innovation. This paper summarized the main problems and development strategy in the construction and management of agricultural scientific research experimental bases,and provided some suggestions for improving the construction management and service of agricultural research base.
