超声波辅助半仿生法提取地桃花多糖

摘 要:
研究超声波法辅助半仿生法提取地桃花(Urena lobata L.)中多糖的最佳工艺。采用半仿生提取,在超声波协同作用的基础上,以正交试验法,考察超声功率、超声时间、超声温度、料液比4个因素对多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助半仿生法提取地桃花多糖的优化工艺条件为超声功率60 W、提取时间50 min、提取温度75℃、料液比1∶30(m/V,g∶mL)。在此条件下多糖提取率为12.86%,加样回收率为95.3%,超声波辅助半仿生提取地桃花多糖是一种可行的方法。

摘 要:
The optimal extraction technology of polysaccharide from Urena lobata L. by ultrasound-assisted semi-bionic extraction was studied. Ultrasound-assisted semi-bionic extraction process was investigated by orthogonal test method. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic power 60 W, ultrasonic time about 50 min, ultrasonic temperature 75 ℃, solid to liquid ratio 1∶30(m∶V,g∶mL). Under the optimal conditions polysaccharide extraction rate is 12.86% and recovery is 95.3%. It is reliable to extracting polysaccharide from Urena lobata L. by ultrasound-assisted semi-bionic extraction.
