‘黄州萝卜’不同发育时期肉质根比较分析

摘  要:
‘黄州萝卜’是湖北省黄冈市的特产蔬菜,栽培历史悠久。本研究从形态学、细胞学及分子生物学等角度揭示萝卜肉质根生长变化特点,为优化‘黄州萝卜’采收及栽培技术提供依据。研究结果发现:(1)‘黄州萝卜’肉质根膨大时根颈横切面的大部分被皮层占据,进而中柱继续分裂,次生导管数目随之增多,呈放射状分布且长度不等。中柱最外围是韧皮部,木质部被其包围。(2)施加较高复合肥浓度促进肉质根可溶性糖含量积累,但在肉质根可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量积累上并无差异。本研究发现了‘黄州萝卜’肉质根膨大过程中细胞形态变化且揭示了‘黄州萝卜’成熟期中对蓄水剂交联性丙烯酰胺(cross linked polyacrylamide, CLP)的生理响应,为提升和优化‘黄州萝卜’采收时期及优质栽培技术提供理论依据。

摘  要:
'Huangzhou radish' is a specialty vegetable in Huanggang City of Hubei Province with a long history of cultivation. This study revealed the growth and change characteristics of taproots of radish from the morphology,cytology and molecular biology, and provided the basis for optimizing the harvesting and cultivation techniques of'Huangzhou radish'. The results showed that:(1) the cortex composed of parenchyma cells accounted for most of the transverse section of the root neck. With continuous development, the middle column of tissue cells continue to divide, the number of secondary xylem catheter increased, occupy most of the area, the length of the catheter is not equal, arranged in rows, radially distributed and separated by parenchyma cells. In the middle column, the phloem cells are located at the outermost part of the middle column.(2) the higher the concentration of compound fertilizer,the more promoting the accumulation of soluble sugar content in fleshy roots. There was no difference in the accumulation of soluble protein and vitamin C of meat roots between compound fertilizers and fertilizer accumulators.In this study, we found the cell morphological changes during the taproot enlargement of 'Huangzhou radish' and revealed the physiological response of 'Huangzhou radish' to cross linked polyacrylamide(CLP) in the mature stage,providing theoretical basis for improving and optimizing the harvest period and high quality cultivation technology of 'Huangzhou radish'.
