液压互联悬架关键参数分析及优化

摘  要:
为了提高液压互联悬架汽车的整车性能,需要合理设计液压互联悬架关键参数。以多体系统动力学为基础,进行了整车7自由度建模、液压互联悬架建模、整车机械-液压耦合建模和四轮相关路面谱建模。通过操稳性实验仿真和平顺性实验仿真,分析了液压互联悬架关键参数对车辆操稳性与平顺性的影响,并利用改进的遗传算法对关键参数进行优化。结果显示,调节阻尼阀损失系数可以提高车辆的平顺性,调节液压缸直径、活塞杆直径、液压缸初始工作压力和蓄能器体积可以提高车辆的操稳性。

摘  要:
In order to improve the performance of the whole vehicle with hydraulic interconnect suspension,it is necessary to design rationally the key parameters of the hydraulic interconnection suspension.Based on the multi-body system dynamics,vehicle 7 DOF modeling,hydraulic interconnection suspension modeling,vehicle mechanic-hydraulic coupling modeling and four-wheel correlation spectrum modeling are carried out.Through steady experiment simulation and ride experiment simulation,the influence of key parameters of hydraulic interconnection suspension on vehicle stability and ride comfort is analyzed,and the key parameters are optimized by improved genetic algorithm.The results show that adjusting the loss factor of damping valve can improve vehicle ride comfort,and adjusting the hydraulic cylinder diameter,the piston rod diameter,the initial working pressure of hydraulic cylinder and the volume of accumulator can improve vehicle stability.
