收割机搅龙五轴数控加工刀具路径规划——基于UG仿真和曲线插补

摘 要:
搅龙是收割机较为复杂的零部件,其加工质量影响到收割机进给系统的作业效率和作业质量。为了提高搅龙叶片的加工质量,降低加工误差,提出了一种基于UG仿真和曲线插补算法的五轴数控加工刀具优化算法。在UG仿真软件中建立了工件和刀具的基本模型,根据模型的特点选择了合适的加工环境和加工参数,采用NURBS插补算法,最后自动生成了刀具路径轨迹,并根据刀具路径轨迹进行了走刀仿真模拟,进一步对刀具路径进了优化。仿真实验结果表明:采用UG软件对五轴数控加工刀具路径进行优化后,其加工误差要明显的低于优化前的加工误差,从而验证了刀具路径优化算法的可靠性。

摘 要:
He auger is harvester complex parts,whose processing quality affects the harvester feed system operational efficiency and quality. In order to improve the machining quality of long blade stirring,reduce machining error,it proposes a UG simulation and curve interpolation algorithm of five axis NC machining tool based on Optimization algorithm. In the UG simulation software in the basic model of the work piece and the cutting tool is established,based on the characteristics of the model selection process environment and appropriate processing parameters,using NURBS interpolation algorithm,the automatic generation of tool path,the tool path of cutting simulation,further into the tool path optimization.The simulation results show that by using,for five axis NC machining tool path optimization of UG software,the machining error is significantly lower than the machining error before optimization,which verifies the reliability of tool path optimization algorithm.
