摘 要:
植物转基因技术是植物基因功能解析和农作物遗传改良的重要手段之一。首先回顾了植物转基因技术的诞生和发展历程,然后系统介绍了载体、选择标记基因和植物转基因常用的农杆菌介导法的研究进展。最后,结合对拟南芥和谷子转基因的研究分析了目前植物转基因存在的难题,并展望了植物转基因技术未来的发展方向和趋势,以期为植物转基因技术的研究与应用提供借鉴。

摘 要:
Plant transgenic technology is one of the important means for the gene function characterization in plant and genetic improvement of crops. This paper firstly reviewed the history of the birth and development of plant transgenic technology, and then introduced the research progresses of vectors, selective marker genes and Agrobacterium mediated method. Finally, it analyzed the problems in plant transgene based on our research in transgenic Arabidopsis and foxtail millet, and presented the prospect of plant transgenic technology to provide a useful reference for the research and application of transgenic technology.
