南京芹菜病毒病毒源鉴定

摘  要:
1987~1989年从南京郊区采集130余份感染病毒的西洋芹菜和本地芹菜样本,通过寄主及症状的测定、蚜虫传毒试验、体外抗性测定、提纯的病毒粒体形态观察及血清学试验,鉴定出黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、线虫传多角体病毒组成员(Nepovirus member)、欧洲防风花叶病毒(PaMV)、蚕豆萎蔫病毒(BBWV)和烟草花叶病毒(TMV)。其中CMV为侵染芹菜的优势病毒,占72.28%,CMV与BBWV和TMV复合侵染占16.83%。

摘  要:
A total of 130 samples of western celery and local celery plants showing symptom of virus diseases were collected from in the suburbs of Nanjing. Five isolates Ce-20, Ce-47, Ce-107, Ce-120 and Ce-121 were identified on the basis of their host range and symptoms, stability in sap, mode of transmission, particles morphology, inclusion bodies in infected plant cells and sereological relationships. On the basis of the test results of mentioned above, they were identified as cucumber mosaic virus, nepovirus member, parsnip mosaic virus, broad bean wilt virus, tobacco mosaic virus, respectively. CMV was the most. common virus on western celery and local celery in Nanjing.
