截断下颌骨切除腭部巨大多形性腺瘤临床术式分析

摘 要：
目的通过对4例截断下颌骨切除腭部巨大多形性腺瘤病例回顾性总结,分析多形性腺瘤的特性及截断下颌骨的必要性,为临床选择合理术式提供参考依据.方法总结4例截断下颌骨切除腭部巨大多形性腺瘤病例.随访1～5年,观察治疗效果.结果手术对患者美观影响小,消除了巨大肿瘤对口腔造成的功能障碍,术后无复发.结论根据多形性腺瘤特殊的病理性质,肿瘤体积巨大的特点以及4例患者术后的治疗效果,认定此种手术方式可行.

摘 要：
Objective To study four cases of truncating mandible to resect the large palate pleomorphic adenoma retrospectively,analyze the characteristics of pleomorphic adenoma,the necessity to truncate mandible,and provide reference for choosing reasonable clinical surgeny.Methods 4 cases of truncating mandible to resect large palate pleomorphic adenoma and followed-up 1-5 years were retrospectively reviewed(2006-02—2010-02)and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results There was little impact on patients aesthetics,the dysfunction caused by huge tumor was removed and there was no recurrence.Conclusion According to the pathological nature of Pleomorphic adenoma,feature of large tumor volume and treatment effect for 4 patients,the surgery operation is feasible.
