干旱胁迫对不同生境地瓜生理生化特性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为地瓜品种的选育和生态型研究提供理论依据。[方法]以贵州省花江地区3种不同生境(花江河谷底部、花江河谷肩部、花江田间)地瓜1年生幼苗为研究对象,利用不同浓度(0、10%、20%、30%)聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)人工模拟干旱胁迫,测定各生境地瓜对环境胁迫的生理响应。[结果]随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,3种生境地瓜叶片的SOD、POD活性均呈先上升后下降趋势,同时地瓜的细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量增加,可溶性蛋白质含量降低。干旱胁迫对花江河谷底部和肩部地瓜生理生化过程的影响较小,而对花江田间地瓜生理生化过程的影响较大。[结论]干旱胁迫对3种生境地瓜的生理生化过程均有不同程度的影响。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to supply theoretical basis for selection and ecotype research on sweet potato varieties.[Method] One-year old sweet potato seedlings from 3 different habitats,which were bottom,shoulder part and field of Huajiang valley,in Huangjiang area of Guizhou Province were selected as research objects.The drought stress was simulated artificially with PEG-6000 at different concn.of 0,10%,20% and 30% and the physiological response of sweet potatos from different habitats to environmental stress was determined.[Result] As the drought stress degree was increased,the SOD and POD activities in sweet potato leaves from 3 habitats all showed the first increasing and then decreasing trend,and simultaneously,the cellular membrane permeability and proline contents in sweet potato were increased and its soluble protein content was decreased.The drought stress had less influence on the physiological and biochemical process of sweet potato in the bottom and shoulder part of Huajiang valley and had bigger influence on the physiological and biochemical process of sweet potato in field of Huajiang.[Conclusion] The drought stress showed influence to different degrees on the physiological and biochemical process of sweet potato from 3 habitats.
