我国节水农业示范工程重要发展与突破

摘  要：
由于水资源短缺,发展节水农业、建立节水型社会成为我国未来一项带根本性的战略措施。近20年来特别是"九五"期间,我国在节水农业工程示范方面取得了重大发展和突破,因地制宜地推广了不同的节水农业技术,形成适合我国不同类型区的节水农业技术模式,保证了农业生产、农村经济的持续增长,推动了农村水利改革的深化。通过节水农业示范工程的实施,改善了生态环境和缓解了我国水资源紧缺,同时节水农业技术和设备产业化水平也得到大幅度提高。

摘  要：
To develop water-saving agriculture and build up a water-saving society are becoming strategic measures in the future because of the limit of water resources. We have got prominent development in water-saving irrigation agricultural works during the latest 20 years, especially in the Ninth Five-year Plan. We popularize various water-saving irrigation agricultural technologies and progress different efficient agricultural modes to adapt to the local conditions, which guarantee a stable increasing of agro-produce and rural economics, also deepen the reform in rural water conservancy. As a result of water-saving irrigation agricultural works put into practice, the environment has been improved and the station of lack of water resources been relaxed. The level of technology and equipment industrialization in water-saving irrigation agricultural has been increased at the same time.
