臂形草属种质苗期抗旱性鉴定研究

摘  要:
通过盆栽试验对臂形草属种质进行连续干旱胁迫,开展了苗期抗旱性鉴定研究,分析测定了植株叶片的相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素SPAD值及叶片相对含水量,综合评定了20份种质材料的抗旱性强弱,并针对这5项指标进行类平均法聚类分析,划分为2个抗旱级别,即强抗旱和弱抗旱臂形草种质,其中强抗旱臂形草种质包括CIAT26556珊状臂形草、网脉臂形草、热研6号珊状臂形草、CIAT6095刚果臂形草、CIAT16835珊状臂形草。

摘  要:
The following studies with some experiment were used for identifying drought resistance of Brachiaria germplasm at the seeding stage by adopting pot test under the continue drought stress. The measurement of relative electrical conductivity rate, free proline contents, malondialdehyde, chlorophyll SPAD, relative water contents of leaves were studied and made a comprehensive appraisal on the drought resistance of 17 germglasm and materials. The result showed that germplasm and materials were categorized into 2 groups, strong drought resistance and weak drought resistance according to the research about the 5 drought resistant indexes. Of which Brachiaria germplasm of strong drought resistance include B. brizantha(Hochst. ex A. Rich) Stapf CIAT26556, B. dictyoneura(Fig. & De Not.) Stapf CIAT1366, B. brizantha cv. Reyan No.6、 B. ruziziensis Germain&Evrard CIAT6095、 B. brizantha( Hochst. ex A. Rich) Stapf CIAT16835.
