作为农业科研事业单位管理工作的新兴组成部分,设"科研财务助理"解放科研人员,获得了广大科研工作人员的一致认同.文章从我国农业事业单位科研财务助理现状入手,分析了农业事业单位建立科研财务助理制度中存在的问题,并进一步提出了相应的对策和建议.

摘  要：
As an emerging part of the management of agricultural research units, the establishment of "scientific research financial assistant" has liberated scientific research personnel, which has been unanimously recognized by the majority of scientific research staff. Starting from the current situation of scientific research financial assistant in agricultural research units in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the establishment of scientific research financial assistant system in agricultural research units, and further puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
