摘  要:
试验证明粉拟青霉 (Paeilomycosfarinosus)在人工培养基上多代培养致病力明显下降。连续培养三代后致病力仅为第一代的 2 8%。在实际应用时 ,人工培养不应超过三代 ,应及时回接重新复壮

摘  要:
It is proved by experiments that the affecting power of Paeilomycos farimosus degraded significantly after a number of successive culture generations on artificial substrate.The affecting ability of the third generation of Paeilomycos farinosus dropped to 28% of the first generation,and its affecting power should be reinforced by inoculation on worms of Apocheima cinerarium Ershoff.
