不同护理模式在手术室护理应用的对比分析

摘  要：
目的:探讨不同护理模式在手术室护理中的效果。方法:选取2010年4月至2012年4月来医院就诊治疗的手术患者230例,所有患者随机分为两组,对照组(115例)应用常规护理,观察组(115例)在常规护理基础上应用舒适护理的模式,观察比较两组患者的心理、术后感等指标的差异。结果:观察组患者满意度均达到了100%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者术中处于正常心理状态患者的比率显著增高,而处于焦虑、恐惧、悲观状态患者的比率显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理工作中应用舒适护理模式,能够显著提高患者满意度,降低患者不良心理,促进患者早日康复,充分体现"以人为本"的护理理念。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect by using different nursing care models in the operating room.Methods:Totally 230inpatients scheduled for surgery from April 2010to April 2012were randomly divided into two groups,with application of routine care in the control group(115cases),and with application of routine care as well as comfort care model in the observation group(115cases).The two groups of patients were compared in light of both psychological differences and different states of mind after operation.Results:The patients' satisfaction in the observation group was up to 100%,which was significantly better than the control group(χ2=8.468,P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,the percentage of patients who were in a normal state of mind was significantly higher,while the ratio of patients in states of anxiety,fear,and pessimism was significantly lower.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.896,P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of comfort care model in the operating room nursing,can significantly improve patient satisfaction,reduce patient negative psychology,and promote early recovery of patients, which fully embodies the "people-oriented" care philosophy.
