水分逆境对果树脯氨酸和叶绿素含量变化的影响

摘  要:
以盆栽二年生富士苹果、玉杏、肥城桃和巨峰葡萄为试材,研究了水分逆境对果树脯氨酸和叶绿素含量的影响。在干旱和多水处理初期,杏、桃脯氨酸含量急剧上升,然后下降;而苹果在水分逆境下脯氨酸含量变化不大。认为逆境下脯氨酸累积仅是一种受害反应特征,树种间反应各异。干旱和水涝均使果树长枝中部成熟叶片的叶绿素含量下降,水涝使正在成熟(长枝上部)的叶片叶绿素含量明显下降。三种果树抗涝性的顺序是:苹果>桃>杏。可以把叶绿素含量下降看作是水分胁迫发展中由功能性影响到器质性伤害的一个中间过程。

摘  要:
Two-years old potted apple co. Fuji, apricot co. Yuxin, peach co. Feicheng tao and grape co. Hyoko were employed in this experiment. The results showed that the proline levels of peach and apricot increased drastically in the early period of drought and flood treatments. However, the proline level of apple under water stress had no significant changes. Both drought and flood made the levels of chlorophyll of matured leaves on middle stem decreased. Flood made the chlorophyll level of the maturing leaves (on upper branches) decreased obviously. The order of flood resistant of the three fruit crops was apple, peach and apricot. It is considered that the accumulation of proline under water stress is simply a response to the injury, which differs in species, and that the decrease of chlorophyll level may be a intermediate stage from functional affection to organal harm during water stress.
