摘要：

“9· 2 1”大地震在中部及北部造成严重的灾情 ,同时也突显出未来在防灾规划上的重要性 ,针对避难场所因时间序列而分为紧急避难场所、临时避难收容场所、中长期收容场所 ,进行不同的评估指标与区位选派的建立 ,并对都市地区防灾基本单元规模 ,空间架构研提建言 ,希望能藉由本研究提出的灾害避难场所区位选派模式的建立 ,作为防灾考量依据

摘要：

The earthquake,on September 21,has made heavy damage in central and northern Taiwan,therefore,the planning of disaster prevention is becoming more and more important.Establishing different assessment index and location assignment to divided the refuge into three kinds according to time,i.e,urgent refuge,temporary refuge.and medium long term refuge.Moreover,the suggstion on basic unit scale of urban disaster prevention and space framework is put out in order to provide theory basis for disaster prevention.
