毛竹叶化学成分对叶部主要害虫影响的通径分析

摘  要:
利用对竹叶可溶性糖、蛋白质、单宁和类黄酮含量的测定和毛竹叶部主要害虫种群的系统调查等资料,采用通径分析研究了竹叶4类化学成分对竹刺瘿螨、南京裂爪螨、竹缺爪螨、竹小爪螨、蠕须盾蚧和刚竹毒蛾等害虫的影响。结果表明:除竹刺瘿螨和南京裂爪螨外,竹叶化学成分对其余4种叶部害虫有着显著影响。这种影响主要表现为对各害虫种群的抑制作用;对于竹缺爪螨,直接作用以可溶性糖的影响最大,间接作用以类黄酮通过可溶性糖的影响较大;对于竹小爪螨,直接作用以单宁的影响最大,间接作用中则以类黄酮通过单宁的影响最大;对于蠕须盾蚧,直接作用以类黄酮的影响最大,间接作用以单宁通过类黄酮的影响最大;对于刚竹毒蛾,直接作用以蛋白质的影响最大,间接作用以类黄酮通过蛋白质的影响最大。

摘  要:
Based on the data for the contents of protein, water-soluble sugar, tannin and flavonoid in leaves and the main leaf pest population in Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens forest, effects of these chemical substances on the main leaf pest populations including Aponychus corpuzae、Aculus bambusae、Schizotetranychus nanjingensis、 Oligonychus urama、Kuwanaspis vermiformis and Pantana phyllostachysae were studied by the method of path analysis. The results showed that these chemical substances could affect A. corpuzae、O. urama、K. vermiformis and P. phyllostachysae populations significantly, in which some substances restrained the increase of the four leaf pest individual remarkable, but no significant effects on the other two leaf pests. The results of path analysis showed that the most significant direct effect factor on A. corpuzae was water-soluble sugar, and the most signifi-cant indirect effect factor was flavonoid via water-soluble sugar. The most significant direct effect factor on O. urama was tannin, and the most significant indirect effect factor was flavonoid via tannin. The most significant direct effect factor on K. vermiformis was flavonoid, and the most significant indirect effect factor was tannin via flavonoid. The most significant direct effect factor on P. phyllostachysae was protein, and the most significant indirect effect factor was flavonoid via protein.
