不同基质对黄樟扦插繁殖的影响

摘  要:
扦插繁殖是黄樟重要的快繁手段之一。为筛选出黄樟扦插适宜基质,以14种不同配方基质进行黄樟扦插繁殖试验,对不同基质下黄樟扦插生根效果及新叶、新梢生长情况进行了研究。结果表明:黄樟扦插繁殖各指标在不同基质间均存在显著差异,基质是影响黄樟扦插繁殖的关键因子之一。14种基质中扦插生根率最高的为珍珠岩,其生根率达84.0%,根系指数为3.93,根系效果指数为3.45,各指标隶属函数值为0.641 7。14种基质中黄樟扦插繁殖表现最佳的为黄心土+泥炭土+珍珠岩(体积比为1∶1∶1)的基质,其生根率为81.3%,根系指数为6.06,根系效果指数为4.33,各指标隶属函数值为0.848 5。

摘  要:
Cutting was one of the important means for rapid propagation of Cinnamomum porrectum. To select the suitable substrate for C. porrectum cutting, 14 substrates were used for cutting propagation, and rooting effect, new leaves and new shoots situation of C. porrectum in different substrates were researched. The results showed that each indexes had significant differences between different substrates, and substrate was one of the key factors affecting cutting propagation of C. porrectum. The perlite had the highest rooting rate in the 14 substrates, rooting rate reached 84% , the root index was 3.93, the root effect index was 3.45, and the subordinate function value of each indexes was 0.641 7. Among the 14 substrates, the substrate of yellow soil + peat soil + perlite(1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1) was the best for cutting propagation of C.porrectum, rooting rate was 81.3% , the root index was 6.06, the root effect index was 4.33, and the subordinate function value of each indexes was 0.848 5.
