论十八大后农村基层政府公共服务能力的提升

摘要：

现阶段,加强农村基层政府公共服务能力意义重大,然而当前农村公共服务却存在数量不足、效率低下、服务意识淡薄、缺乏监督等现状。解决农村公共服务供给不足与需求增加这对矛盾的关键在于提升农村基层政府公共服务供给的能力,从更新理念、创新手段、增加投入、完善机制等角度提出了一系列相关政策建议。

摘要：

Nowadays, it is important to expand ability of rural grass-roots governments' public services while there are some problems, such as insufficient quantity, low efficiency, weak sense of service, deficient supervision and so on. The key to solve the contradiction between the supply shortage of rural grass-roots governments' public services and the increasing demands lies in building and strengthening the supply ability of rural grass-roots governments' public services. This paper provided some policy recommendations from updating service concept, innovating means, increasing investments, perfecting mechanisms and so on.
