pH对氟磺胺草醚水解的影响

摘  要:
采用试验分析方法研究了氟磺胺草醚在不同pH缓冲溶液中的水解作用。结果表明,随着溶液pH值的增大,氟磺胺草醚的水解反应逐渐减慢,速率常数K减小,半衰期相应地增大。氟磺胺草醚在pH为5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0的缓冲液中的水解半衰期分别为105.74、157.41、183.26、215.16、247.40 d。

摘  要:
Hydrolysis of fomesafen in buffer solutions at different pH values was examined in the present study.It was showed that the hydrolysis rate of fomesafen decreased gradually with increasing pH values.Rate constant K decreased,correspondingly,while half-life of fomesafen increased.The half-lives of fomesafen in buffer solutions were 105.74 d for pH 5.0;157.41 d for pH 6.0;183.26 d for pH 7.0;215.16 d for pH 8.0;and 247.40 d for pH 9.0,respectively.
