基于色彩模型的水下海参图像增强方法研究

摘  要:
由于光在水介质中会发生折射和散射现象,会导致水下图像存在对比度低、图像模糊、光照不均匀等一系列问题。另外,由于不同波长的光线在水中的传播具有不同的衰减率,所以通常的海底图像背景大多以蓝色绿色为主。针对以上问题,提出了一种水下海参图像增强的方法,该算法基于RGB色彩模型的对比度校正和HSI色彩模型的对比度校正,在原模型的基础上研究并修改了颜色通道的倍增系数,得到了更好的增强效果。通过图像的评价指标:均方差(MSE),峰值信噪比(PSNR)和信息熵(entropy)来对使用了不同增强算法处理后的图像进行对比,认为该算法在提高图像质量和保持细节方面有更好的效果,并且在处理水下图像这一方面具有一定的实用性。

摘  要:
Due to the refraction and scattering of light in the water medium,the underwater image has a series of problems,such as low contrast,blur and uneven illumination.In addition,due to the different attenuation rate of different wavelengths of light propagation in the water,we usually see the seabed image,the background is mostly blue and green.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a method of underwater sea cucumber image enhancement,which is based on the contrast correction of RGB color model and HSI color model.On the basis of the original model,the multiplication coefficient of color channel is studied and modified,and a better enhancement effect is obtained.Through the image evaluation index: mean square error (MSE),peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and information entropy (entropy) to compare the images processed by different enhancement algorithms,it is concluded that the algorithm in this paper has better effect in improving image quality and maintaining details,and has certain practicability in processing underwater images.
