河道管理效果的好坏直接关系到崇明县的水环境面貌和生态岛建设的发展。按照原有的管理模式,河道的养护管理工作面临着许多矛盾和问题。对此,实行河道养护市场化,显得尤为必要。本文就崇明县市县级河道养护作业市场化改革做了分析,提出了一些市场化监管的建议和对策。

摘 要：
The effect of river channel management is directly related to water environment feature and ecological island construction development in Chongming. River channel maintenance management work has many contradictions and problems according to original management mode. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to implement marketization of river channel maintenance. In the paper,marketization reform of municipal-level and county-level river channel maintenance operation in Chongming County is analyzed,and some suggestions and countermeasures of marketization supervision are proposed.
