基于FPGA的地板图像采集和中值滤波设计

摘  要:
实木地板图像采集和预处理是基于计算机视觉的地板等级在线分选的重要步骤,由于图像数据量大,采用基于CPU架构的软件处理方法无法满足在线分选的实时性要求。该文充分利用FPGA的并行处理能力和流水线技术,设计了灵活度高、处理速度快的地板图像采集与预处理系统。设计的基于FPGA并行运算的快速中值滤波算法,有效解决了经典中值滤波算法比较次数多、比较速度慢的问题。实验结果表明该文所设计的算法能够显著提高图像预处理速度。

摘  要:
Solid wood flooring image acquisition and pre-processing is an important step on the floor level sorting based on computer vision; because a large amount of image data,the use of online sorting unable to meet the real-time requirements of CPU processing method based on the software architecture. By utilizing the FPGA parallel processing capabilities and pipeline technology,flexibility and high processing speed of image acquisition and pre-processing systems for floor was designed. Design of FPGA-based parallel computing fast median filtering algorithm,an effective solution to the classical median filtering algorithm is relatively more often. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is designed to significantly improve the speed of image preprocessing.
