基于遥感数据的南海北部近海蓝圆鲹栖息地模型分析

摘  要:
根据2014-2015年南海北部近海渔业资源调查的4个季度数据,结合遥感获得的海表温度和叶绿素α浓度数据,分析了南海北部近海蓝圆鲹渔场的分布,采用一元非线性回归建立各环境因子的适应性指数模型,分别采用最大值法、最小值法、算术平均值法、几何平均值法按季度建立栖息地指数模型(Habitat Suitable Index,HSI),并对模型精度进行验证。结果表明,各环境因子适应性指数模型准确,从各因子模型中计算可得出不同季节的各个因子的最适值,各模型因子拟合准确,均呈单峰分布。不同季度栖息地指数模型构建方法不同,其中春季采用最小值法,夏秋冬3季采用算数平均值法。模型分析发现渔场有明显的季节变化,HSI的高值区分布在离岸较近水域。模型准确率超过70%,表明该栖息地指数模型能够较好的分析拟合南海北部蓝圆鲹渔场。

摘  要:
Using the biological data from seasonal fishery resource surveys in northern South China Sea(NSCS)from 2014 to 2015 andthe environmental data of sea surface temperature and Chl-αconcentration from satellite observation,we analyzed the habitat distribution of Decapterusmaruadsiin NSCS.We built a suitable index model based on each environmental factor with the univariate exponential regression method,and then developed seasonal Habitat Suitable Index(HSI)model according to maximum,minimum,arithmetic average method,and geometric average method,respectively,with model accuracy verified.The suitable index model was verified to be appropriateas was indicated by unimodal distribution,and we calculated the best value of each factor in different seasons based on these models.HSI in different seasons werecalculatedwith different method.Minimum method was used in spring,while arithmetic average method was applied in summer,autumn and winter.Analyzing themodel results,we found the obvious seasonal variation of fishing ground,and high HSI values distributed in the coastal waters of NSCS.The model accuracy wasgreater than 70%.This study suggested that HSI modelsare valuable toolsof analyzing and fitting the fishing ground of Decapterusmaruadsiin NSCS.
