摘  要:
[目的]建立测定甘草中有机氯农药残留量的新方法。[方法]甘草样品采用石油醚超声提取,经浓硫酸磺化后用毛细管柱气相色谱法(GC)测定。[结果]GC对甘草中有机氯农药的最低检出限为0.000 125~0.000 689 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.78%~4.98%,回收率86.15%~102.12%。所测甘草样品只检测到γ-六六六残留,残留量为0.001 mg/kg。[结论]与传统方法相比较,GC具有更高的灵敏度和准确度,更适合于有机氯农残检测。

摘  要:
[Objective] To determine the residues of 9 organochlorine pesticides in RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE by GC.[Methods] The test samples were ultrasonically extracted with petroleum ether,and sulfonated by concentrated sulfuric acid then determined by GC.[Result] The average recovery rate of pesticides was in the range of 86.15%-102.12% with RSD of 0.78-4.98,and LOD of 0.000 125-0.000 689 μg/ml.[Conclusion] Compared with the traditional method,GC is more sensitive,accurate and favorable for the detection of organochlorine pesticides residues.
