介绍瓮福化工公司磷酸二氢钙生产背景和工艺流程,通过粉体流换热器技术与传统冷却技术的对比,选择粉体流换热器作为工艺冷却装置。介绍粉体流冷却器的工作原理、设计参数、设备参数。对试运行数据进行分析,表明粉体流换热器可有效控制出料温度40~45℃;与传统转筒冷却器相比,年节约费用14.4万元。

摘 要：
The production background and production process of monocalcium phosphate in Wengfu ChemicalCo.,Ltd.are introduced,through the powder flow heat exchanger compared with traditional cooling technology,the powder flow heat exchanger as process cooling device is selected.The working principle,design parameters,equipment parameters of powder flow exchanger is introduced.Through analyzing the test data,it shows that thepowder flow heat exchanger cooler can effectively control the discharge temperature of 40-45 ℃;Comparedwith the traditional drum cooler,the cost is saved 144 thousand RMB Yuan.
