莎能奶山羊初乳干粉的抑菌作用

摘  要:
研究了莎能奶山羊初乳干粉对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的抑菌作用。结果表明,莎能奶山羊初乳干粉对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有显著的抑菌作用,其抑菌率分别为99.7%和78.6%,对绿脓杆菌具有一定的抑菌作用,其抑菌率为19.2%,对枯草芽孢杆菌无抑菌作用。

摘  要:
The inhibition of goat colostrums powder on Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis was studied respectively in this article.The results demonstrated that it showed great inhibitory activity against Escherchia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,whose antibacterial rates were respectively 99.7% and 78.6% and inhibited Pseudomonas aeruginosa to some extent,whose antibacterial rate was 19.2%,but it didn't inhibit Bacillus subtilus in this experiment.
