Cr17AlSi2MoRE合金在氧化-硫化环境中的高温腐蚀研究

摘  要:
研究了柴油机涡流室镶块新材料Cr17AlSi2MoRE合金在H_2-H_2O-H_2S多气氛和在1023~1223K温度下的同时氧化-硫化机制。结果表明:Cr17AlSi2MoRE合金在人工模拟柴油机燃气气氛状态下存在动力学分界线,即氧化-硫化转变。这种现象的出现主要是由于Si的作用,可由热力学稳定图来解释。Si的存在对Cr17AlSi2MoRE合金阻止硫化作用极为明显。

摘  要:
This paper studies the mechanism of simultaneous oxidizing and sulphidizing of a new insert material, Crl7AlSi2MoRE, in H2-H2O-H2S atmosphere at 1023K and 1223K. The experimental results indicate that there exists a dynamic dividing line for Cr17AlSi2MoRE alloy under an artificially simultated combustion gas state of diesel engine, that is, a conversion of oxidizing to sulphidizing. This phenomenon is caused mainly by Si and explains by the thermo-dynamic stability diagram. It is obvious that Si is very effective to prevent sulphidization of Crl7AlSi2MoRE alloy.
