狐化脓性子宫内膜炎疫苗的研制及应用效果观察

摘  要：
用Ⅲ型和Ⅵ型绿脓杆菌制备双价疫苗进行免疫试验表明 ,双价疫苗接种小鼠 2 1天后 ,其对混合株及单型菌株攻毒保护率均为 90 .9% ;北极狐经 2次免疫后 ,免疫期可持续 90～ 1 2 0天 ,实验证明 ,绿脓杆菌双价疫苗可预防狐化脓性子宫内膜炎的发生

摘  要：
TypeⅢand Ⅵ of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was used to develop bivalent vaccine,the immunization test showed that the mice inected bivalent vaccine could resist against the challenge of the mixed strains and single strain,the protective rate was above 90.9% at 21 day post inoculation.When Arctic fox was inoculated twice with bivalent vaccine,the duration of immunity could last for 90～120d.The experiment showed the bivalent vaccine of Pseudomonas aeruginosac could control the occurrence of fox purulent uterine mucositis.
