谷子杂交种与常规种水分利用效率及耗水规律差异

摘  要:
在不同水分梯度下,研究了谷子杂交种与常规种的水分利用效率、耗水规律及农田水分平衡。结果表明:在谷子水分临界期(孕穗—开花期),补水与未补水之间产量差异达极显著水平;在不同水分梯度下,杂交种与常规种之间产量差异均达极显著水平,说明在不同降水年型种植谷子杂交种均可取得显著增产的效果;谷子杂交种较常规种的水分利用效率(WUE)均值可提高30.99%~41.00%,说明谷子杂交种具有十分明显的高效用水的遗传特性;经对播前和收获后土壤贮水量计算分析,在各种水分梯度下,种植谷子杂交种并未出现2 m土体土壤贮水量亏缺,只是盈余额度大小不同;谷子杂交种与常规种日耗水量变化差异主要表现在需水高峰期,杂交种在需水高峰期日耗水量较常规种平均高出1.64 mm,说明谷子杂交种在需水高峰期根系有较强的吸水能力,是抗旱性强的体现,亦为高效用水奠定了生理基础。

摘  要:
Under different moisture gradients,differences in water use efficiency(WUE),water consumption and water balance between the hybrid and the conventional millets were explored.The results showed the yield difference between supplemental and non-supplemental irrigation was very significant at the critical and heading-flowering stages.The yield difference reached a significant level between the hybrid and the conventional lines under different moisture gradients,indicating that hybrid millets could increase output under different rainfall.Compared with conventional ones,WUE of planting hybrid types could increase the mean values from 30.99% to 41.00%,indicating that the hybrids had an efficient water genetic characteristic.Soil water storage at sowing and harvesting were calculated and analyzed,the results showed that hybrid millets hadn't lead to water deficit more than 2 meters,just made a small gain/loss difference.The distinction in daily water consumption between the hybrid and conventional millets was mainly at water demand peak stage.Water consumption of the hybrids compared with the conventional ones was above 1.64 milimeters on average,indicating that at water demand peak stage hybrids had a strong root system of water absorbing capacity,which was the manifestation of drought-resisting,and laid a physiological basis for efficient water use,as well.
