小兴安岭主峰平顶山苔藓植物多样性及垂直分布研究

摘  要:
【目的】了解小兴安岭平顶山苔藓植物多样性和垂直分布特征,为林区生态恢复提供参考。【方法】选取小兴安岭主峰平顶山8个不同海拔和植被型,系统研究苔藓植物组成及垂直分布对其多样性的影响。【结果】(1)该区域发现苔藓植物107种(含变种),其中藓类90种1变种,占黑龙江省藓类的31.60%;苔类16种,占据黑龙江省苔类的12.21%。(2)地面藓类的优势科属分别占所调查地面藓类种数的39.07%和37.21%;地面苔类优势科属分别占所调查地面苔类种数的64.29%和42.86%;树生苔藓以距离地面0 m处多样性最高,共18种。(3)α多样性分析显示:海拔989 m处的Shannon-Wiener指数最大(2.69),304 m处最小(0.75);Pielous均匀度指数相对稳定,在0.27~0.74之间。(4)β多样性分析显示:海拔810 m和1 429 m两样地间的β_C=50.00、β_T=2.00,物种差异最大。(5)典范对应分析(canonical correspondence analysis, CCA)将17个主要地面苔藓物种划为与不同环境因子相关的3个组。【结论】小兴安岭主峰平顶山苔藓植物种类丰富,物种多样性随海拔呈现双峰式变化,中低海拔山地的苔藓分布与干扰呈正相关。

摘  要:
[Purpose]Studies on the diversity and vertical distribution of bryophytes in Pingdingshan of Xiaoxing'an Ling were carried out so as to provide a scientific reference for ecological restoration in the area.[Method]Based on the investigations of bryophytes on eight different altitudes and vegetations, the composition of bryophytes and the effects of vertical distribution on their diversity in Pingdingshan of Xiaoxing'an Ling were studied.[Results](1) We recorded 107 species in total, including 91 mosses(90 species and 1 variety) and 16 liverworts, which accounting for 31.60%and 12.21% that of the Heilongjiang Province respectively.(2) The dominant families and genera of mosses account for 39.07% and 37.21% of the total. The dominant families and genera of liverworts account for 64.29% and 42.86% of the total. The diversity of tree moss is the highest at 0 m from the ground, with a total of 18 species.(3) α-diversity analysis showed that the maximum at 989 m of Shannon-Wiener index was 2.63, and the minimum at 304 m was 0.75. Pielous uniformity index is relatively stable, from 0.27 to 0.72.(4) The analysis of the β-diversity showed that the largest difference between the two places of 810 m and 1 429 m is β_c=50.00 and β_T=2.00.(5) Seventeen major ground bryophyte species were divided into three groups according to CCA analysis(canonical correspondence analysis).[ Conclusion] The species diversity of bryophytes in in Pingdingshan of Xiaoxing'an Ling is rich, and species diversity shows bimodal variation with altitude. The distribution of bryophytes in the middle and low altitude mountains is positively correlated with disturbance.
