摘  要：
The present paper deals with a new species of pentatomidae from Hubeiprovince,China.All type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology,Academia Sinica.Prionaca hubeiensis sp.nov.(figs.1-3)Body pitch dark,above dispersed with many irregular orange-yellow spots,punctations pitchdark.Head length 2.88 mm,width 2.98-3.07 mm,a backwardcurved small prominently spine situated in the lateral margin near the base ofhead and in front of eyes.Antennal segments 1st yellowish-brown,2ndblackich-brown,3rd an 5th pitch-dark,the segments length Ⅰ:Ⅱ:Ⅲ:Ⅳ:Ⅴ=0.28:0.65:3.72:2.51:1.95mm,rostrum entending to the posterior coxae.Pro-notal length 3.72 mm,width 10-11 mm,the lateral angle extending strongly,their apices acutely and slightly curved downward.Abdomen dorsum blackbrown,connexivum pitch-dark,with a yellow-brown maculation in the midlower part of each segment.Venter pale brown,and with a broad black bandon its lateral margins.Female spermatheca shown as in fig 3,male genitaliaas in fig 2.Body length:15-16.5 mm.Holotype ♀,Hube(Nanchang,31°42′N,111°48′E),April 13,1981,HsiaoQibai leg.Paratype 1♂1♀,Hube(Enshi,30°12′N,109°24′E).Allied to P.jiangxiensis Lin et Zhang,but is easily distinguished by thelateral margin near base of head with a small prominent spine in front of eyes.
