干果仓储智能叉车交互式虚拟仿真平台设计与试验

摘  要:
为缩短干果仓储智能叉车自动化开发周期、提高作业可视化、人机交互性,基于Unity3D虚拟现实技术,设计干果仓储智能叉车交互式虚拟仿真平台。该平台首先采用SolidWorks等三维建模软件,创建叉车、货架等对象的三维模型,然后以仓库管理系统为中间对象,建立虚拟平台和实车平台通讯,其次利用Unity3D虚拟引擎技术中的函数、组件和插件模拟传感器与运动模块,设计友好的交互界面,实现作业指令发布、关键参数交互的虚拟平台。最后设计取货作业验证方案,并进行虚拟平台的取货作业试验。试验表明,该平台能直观地模拟干果仓储智能叉车作业的过程,符合真实的取货过程,可为智能农机的作业模拟提供参考,促进农业机械智能化。

摘  要:
In order to shorten the development cycle of dry fruit storage intelligent forklift automation,improve the visualization of dry fruit storage intelligent forklift operation and man-machine interactivity.This paper designs an interactive virtual simulation platform for dry fruit storage intelligent forklift based on Unity3 Dvirtual reality technology.Firstly the platform adopts 3 Dmodeling software such as SolidWorks to create 3 Dmodels of dry fruit storage intelligent forklift,shelves and other objects.And then take the warehouse management system as an intermediate object to establish the communication between dry fruit storage intelligent forklift platform and forklift.Secondly using functions,components and plug-ins to simulate the sensor and motion module in Unity3 D.The platform designs friendly interface interaction,releases the job instruction and gets in or out key parameters.Finally,designing the experiment of pick-up operation process in the dry fruit storage intelligent forklift virtual simulation platform to test verification scheme.Experiments show that the platform can intuitively simulate the process of intelligent forklift truck in dry fruit storage,conform the real picking process,providing a reference for intelligent farm machinery and promote the intellectualization of agricultural machinery.
