70Gy的~(60)Co-γ辐照对两个家系思茅松种子发芽及苗期生长影响浅析

摘  要:
人工辐照是当前培育新品种的重要技术手段。试验用70 Gy的~(60)Co-γ辐照处理两个家系的思茅松种子,分别以两个家系未辐照种子为对照,设置两个对比组,对其种子发芽及苗期生长进行比较。结果表明:70 Gy的~(60)Co-γ辐照导致个别思茅松幼苗形态发生变化,且对两个家系种子萌发的影响结果一致:均导致其发芽时间延长,发芽率降低。但从对生长量的影响上分析,两个家系受辐照影响的情况有所区别:促进了家系1号苗高生长,抑制了家系2号的针叶生长。

摘  要:
Artificial irradiation is an important technique to cultivate new varieties of plant.Treatment of two families of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis seeds by ~(60)Co-γirradiation at a dose of 70Gy,two families with no irradiated seeds were used as control,set two contrast groups,the seed germination and seedling growth were compared.The results showed that morphological changes of individual seedlings of Pinus kesiya by ~(60)Co-γirradiation at a dose of 70Gy,and the results of seed germination of two families were consistent,the germination time was prolonged and the germination rate was decreased.But froe the analysis of the effect of growth,the response of the two pedigrees to radiation is different,seedling height growth of family 1 was promoted.
