偃松枝栖真菌的种群结构研究

摘  要：
从冬、春两季偃松不同年龄的枝条上共分离培养、纯化、鉴定出枝栖真菌46属(种),其中接合菌2属(4种),子囊菌3属(5种),半知菌30属(种),待鉴定7种。其枝栖真菌的优势菌种为Tolura、Vertic illium,两种真菌的平均检出率分别为29.4%和21.0%。研究表明偃松冬季枝栖真菌的种类比春季枝栖真菌的种类丰富,其优势菌种亦大不相同。

摘  要：
Through isolating and culturing,46 genera(species) fungi were obtained from the branches of Pinus pumila in winter and spring including 2 genera(4 species) of Zygomycotina,3 genera(5 species) of Ascomycotina,30 genera(4 species) of Deuteromycotina.The predominant species were Tolura and Verticillium,the average isolation rate were 29.4 % and 21.0 % respectively.The study results indicated that the dendrocola mycoflora of branches in winter was more abundant than that in spring,and the predominant species were also quite different.
