猪场恶臭气体污染的危害及处理对策

摘  要:
随着生猪养殖标准化规模化比重的提高,生猪养殖过程中氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S)等恶臭气体的产量也明显提高,养殖场恶臭气体不仅会污染空气,还会对养殖场周边的居民产生影响。养殖企业一度被恶臭气体所困扰,也正因如此,养殖场和研究单位越来越关注恶臭气体污染物的处理。为了减少猪场恶臭气体对环境和周边居民的影响,降低周边居民的投诉率,实现生猪养殖绿色环保、可持续发展,猪场实施臭气处理是十分必要的。为了给猪场生产过程中恶臭气体污染物处理工艺的选择提供依据,在已有研究的基础上结合生产实际,对已有治理技术的优势和劣势展开分析。首先分析了猪场恶臭气体的来源及危害,而后针对恶臭气体的来源、恶臭气体污染物质及治理机理,依次从源头减量、过程控制和末端治理给出了猪场恶臭气体污染物的处理对策。

摘  要:
With the increase of the proportion of standardized and large-scale pig breeding, the production of malodorous gases such as NH3and H2S in pig breeding has also increased significantly. The malodorous gases in the farm can not only pollute the air, but also affect the residents around the farm.Breeding enterprises were once plagued by odorous gas, which is why breeding farms and research institutions are increasingly concerned about the treatment of odorous gas pollutants. Therefore, in order to reduce the impact of pig farm odor on the environment and the surrounding residents, and reduce the complaint rate of the surrounding residents, it is necessary to implement odor treatment in pig farms, so as to achieve green and sustainable development of pig breeding. In order to provide basis for the selection of odor gas pollutant treatment process in pig farm production, based on existing research and production practice, the dominant position and inferior position of existing treatment technologies were analyzed. First,the source and harm of the pig farm odor gas were analyzed, and then, in view of the source of the odor gas,the odor gas pollutants and the governance mechanism, the treatment countermeasures of the pig farm odor gas pollutants were put forward from the source reduction, process control and end treatment.
