湖北省莴苣菌核病病原分析

摘 要：
经过调查湖北省４２个县市莴苣菌核病的发生情况，根据分离鉴定结果表明：核盘菌在调查地区均有发生，鄂西部分县市除核盘菌之外，还存在小核盘菌，二者可能出现在同一株发病莴苣上。小核盘菌菌丝生长的最适温度为２５℃，在１５～３０℃范围内，菌核产量和温度呈负相关；菌核大小同菌核产量也呈负相关。

摘 要：
Fouty-two counties of Hubei Province were investigated on the sclerotinia decay of lettuce,and the pathogens were isolated and identified.It showed that Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)deBary emerged in all areas investigated.and in some western areas of Hubei Province there existed Sclerotinia minor Jagg.,which could infect the same lettuce plant with S.sclerotiorum.The optium temperature for the growth of s.minor was 25℃,at 35 ℃ it could not grow.The sclerotial production was negtively correlated with temperatures from 15℃ to 30℃,and the more sclerotia produced, the smaller they became.
